Thus begins my story, Madagascar, land of contrasts, where the hours pass slowly. It is here, in the heart of the Indian Ocean, that I took my lens to discover this magnificent island where the people are always in the foreground through their joys, their beliefs despite their economic difficulties. The important thing is to photograph the Malagasy people who live, cry, laugh and dance there. An unthinkable rage to exist emanates from them.
